Home Placement

We understand how difficult it can be to leave your disabled loved one in the care of a stranger, So, we eliminate the unknowns by bringing families together who will mutually benefit from a home care experience.

We both use a series of needs assessments and our 50+ years of experience to match disabled loved ones with a sponsor match.

You can be assured that we have thought of numerous considerations (e.g. personalities, lifestyle, growth) to find the best fit.

Disabled Loved Ones

We do an in-depth assessment of each disabled loved ones' social, physical and emotional needs. We meet with individuals to determine their goals and preferences. We also talk with family members to determine their expectations. Then, we develop an individualized plan to set high expectations.

Trained Sponsors

Sisters Heavenly Homes requires an in-depth training, assessment and review of all prospective support staff before they can become sponsors.
